About me.

Hello and welcome to my gastro blog! I’m a working mom of 2 wonderful, but crazy, little ones. My little family just started a new adventure, we moved from our long-time home in the San Francisco Bay to begin a new chapter in beautiful Washington State.

Finally, with all the boxes finally unpacked, art on the walls, our bar set up and kitchen organized, I can get back into baking. 

I’m nowhere near perfect; I’m the mom who lets my kids lick the spatula, eat the cookie dough and play in the flour. I like playing with recipes I find online to help me destress and to celebrate happy days; and am learning to enjoy and craft a (mock)cocktail or two to enjoy in the evening sitting on the porch for a ‘deck date’ with my husband. 

I’m not promising anything special, but this is where I’ll keep the concoctions, from the pop of a cork to the stir of a spoon.
